1. Get out of the cubicle. 

2. Stretch

3. Breathe deep for 5 minutes. 

4. Eat slowly

5. Set a timer so you aren't always looking at the clock


6. Do something you love. (reading, watching sports)


7. Exercise. A brisk walk always makes me feel like a million dollars.


9. Eat lunch alone.  

10. Sit somewhere quiet
